Before and after each main session, there will be time for attendees to visit missions display tables, connect with missionaries, and learn more about different missions sending agencies.
If you're a missionary, agency representative, or volunteer and would like to set up a table to promote your missions work — without giving an on stage presentation — please review the important information below and complete the application form.
Exhibitor displays are for sending agencies whose primary focus is global cross-cultural missions, the preaching and teaching of the Gospel, and disciple-making. Physical space is limited, so only applications that meet the above criteria will be considered.
Before applying, please read all information below and fill out the form if you are feeling led to do so!
If you are a missionary wishing to present on stage in addition to having a exhibitor display, we would ask you to view the "Presenter Application" page.
JUMP AHEAD
While we recognize that there are many great ministries, causes, and organizations, some undoubtedly overlapping with missions, please note the focus of this conference is specific for missionaries who have been called by God and sent to teach and preach the Word of God, particularly in a global context. As space is limited, priority will be given to the below.
Cross-cultural overseas sending agencies.
Previously represented agencies. (A list of them, can be found HERE.)
Those who can attend each evening.
Agencies whose primary mission focus is preaching the Gospel, teaching, and disciple-making.
Please note: Only agencies that align with the above criteria will be considered. Agencies focused primarily on other ministries, advocacy, or social initiatives are not eligible for exhibitor space.
Before and during the conference, we host a few satellite events to help foster connection and community:
Saturday Morning: Men’s Breakfast (the day before the conference begins)
Sunday Morning: Service in the Park (the morning the conference starts)
Sunday Afternoon: Pre-Conference Briefing & Faspa (By invitation for participants, presenters, and event helpers)
Tuesday Morning: Women’s Coffee (on the second last morning of the conference)
Times and locations for these events will be posted [HERE] once available. You can also find the overall event dates [HERE], and details about the venue [HERE].
The conference takes place during the evenings, and we ask missionaries and agency representatives to arrive before the doors open at 6:30 pm.
If you are simply wanting to attend, there is no registration required, and there is no charge to attend!
The following is for agencies wishing to have a stand/booth/exhibit at the conference.
There is no charge to have a display.
A representative must be present with the display each evening.
Physical space is limited; we ask exhibitors to be flexible with their setup if needed.
Please indicate in your application if you will attend all four nights or only select evenings.
Applications open early in the year and must be submitted by May 31.
Only missions sending agencies whose primary focus is cross-cultural missions, preaching and teaching the Gospel, and disciple-making will be considered.
Applications will be reviewed by the Missions Board at their next scheduled meeting. Final confirmation may not be sent until June. Early submission is strongly encouraged.
At this time we do not have additional workshops, seminars, or panels, but if you are willing to help out in a role like this in the future, please let us know for future consideration.
Missionary presentations are meant for those who are from or have ties to the Sask Valley area, and who are serving overseas on a full-time basis. If this sounds like you, check out the page "Presenter Application" for specific information for those wishing to present.
As mentioned above, there is no charge to attend the conference and no cost for agencies to promote. We go into each conference by faith, trusting that God will provide. Since its inception, the conference has always seen God provide, as God’s people give, often sacrificially, their time, talents, and treasure to missionary endeavors. Because of this, we are unable to pay travel expenses for any missionaries or agency reps.
Waldheim is a small community in Central Saskatchewan of approximately 1000 inhabitants.
Although there is a restaurant in Waldheim, there are no hotels in the community. The closest towns with hotels and other restaurants are Rosthern (28 km away), Blaine Lake (36 km away), Martensville (38 km away), Warman (41 km away), and Saskatoon (54 km away).
From the outset, the conference has been intended and designed to encourage, to support, and to send missionaries who are from the Sask Valley area (between the North & South Saskatchewan rivers, from Saskatoon in the South up to Prince Albert in the North).
Exhibitor space is reserved for agencies whose work aligns with global missions, the spread of the Gospel, and disciple-making.
