JUMP AHEAD
What To Expect
Prior to the conference, we have 2 “get-togethers”, a men's breakfast and a woman's morning coffee. The details of this (when and where) will be found HERE, once available.
The main event will be from Sunday, July 21, and go till the last night on Wednesday, July 24. This year’s event will be at Waldheim MB Church, in Waldheim, Saskatchewan.
The conference takes place during the evenings, and we ask missionaries and agency reps to arrive in advance. To give you an idea of how the evenings are structured see the tentative schedule HERE.

Registration & Costs - As Attendees
If you are simply wanting to attend, there is no registration required, and there is no charge to attend!
Registration & Costs - As Agency Promoters
The following is for agencies wishing to have a stand/booth/exhibit at the conference.
Registration Information
There is no charge to have a space for promotion.
A representative will be required to be present and accompany the promotional material each night.
The space this year will be limited and as such you may be limited to a table space of 4’ x 2.5’, if this is the case, we ask for your flexibility and thank you for your understanding.
The deadline to register missions stands/booths/exhibits is: July 1, 2024.
Please advise, when registering below, if you will be there for all 4 nights or just a select few.
Each registration request will be reviewed by the Conference Board in the following scheduled meeting. As they meet monthly, it is advised to place your request as soon as possible.
Though we acknowledge that there are many wonderful ministries, some of which undoubtedly overlap with missions, the focus of the conference is on cross-cultural international evangelical missions. As space is limited, priority will be given to the below.

For main speaking opportunities - Though we have a main speaker for this year’s event, if you are willing and able to be the main speaker in the future, please let us know!
Registration & Costs - As Missionary Presenters
Missionary presentations are meant for those who are originally from the Sask Valley area who are serving overseas on a full-time basis. If this sounds like you, check out the page "Missionary Application" for specific information for those wishing to present.
Reimbursements
As mentioned above, there is no charge to attend the conference and no cost for agencies to promote. We go into each conference by faith, trusting that God will provide. Since its inception, the conference has always seen God provide, as God’s people give, often sacrificially, their time, talents, and treasure to missionary endeavors. Because of this, we are unable to pay travel expenses for any missionaries or agency reps.
Each night of the conference we have an offering, and at the end of the conference, once all the offering money is collected and expenses are paid, the remaining offering is divided up between the missionary projects, leaving a small amount in the bank account to cover expenses until the next year (usually $100 - $200).
As a guideline, missionary projects should not exceed $3000. The conference board does not and cannot guarantee any set amount will be raised.
The WMC requires project money to be channeled through a registered mission agency that will provide accountability as required by Canadian charitable law.
